Our Mission

At Winnebago Middle School, we are united in our commitment to supporting every student by working together as a collaborative, student-centered team. We treat students, their families, and each other with respect, always modeling professionalism and empathy. Clear, respectful communication is essential to ensuring students feel heard and understood, so we prioritize active listening and strive to express our expectations and support clearly. WMS implements academic and behavioral systems consistently across the building to create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment. By working together, we strengthen our impact on student growth and continuously raise expectations for success. We celebrate student achievements alongside staff accomplishments and engage in ongoing, job-embedded professional development to enhance our ability to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
